RESULTS OF
THE FIRST ANNUAL
POLONIA YOUTH BOWLING TOURNAMENT
The First Annual Polonia Youth Bowling
Tournament, that ran from February 2007 through July 2007 was
held by the four Polish Fraternals. The four fraternals
designated their Vice Presidents to run this first time event.
The following are the fraternals and their designated Vice
Presidents: Polish Falcons of America - Robert Gorny also
Chairman of the event, Polish Roman Catholic Union - Anna
Sokolowski, Polish National Alliance - Paul C. Odrobina, and
Polish Women's Alliance - Sharon Zago.
The ages of participants ranged from 3 thru
18 years old. The first time event was a great success. These
types of events show our youth what fraternalism is all about.
It is such a pleasure to be working with all these great
organizations.
The overall results were: the PFA in first
place, the PNA in second place, the PWA in third place and the
PRCUA in fourth place. What a great job done by all the
children.
This was the fourth event sponsored this year
by the four Polish fraternal organizations. Previous events
included a Polish American Night at Cellular Field (April 19th),
a Fraternal Bowling Tournament (April 23), and the Polish
American Day at Six Flags Great America (June 2). It has been a
pleasure and I look forward to working with these organizations
in the future.

On September 19, 2007, three of the Vice
