your financial products and to assist the PNA in providing you with the
products and services you want and need. All personal information
collected and stored by the PNA is used for specific business purposes--to
protect and administer your personal accounts and policies, to comply with
state and federal banking, insurance and tax laws and regulations, and to
help the PNA better understand your financial needs in order to design or
improve our products and services.
Maintenance of Accurate Information
It is in the best interest of both you and the PNA to maintain accurate
records concerning your personal information. For this reason, POLISH
NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF THE UNITED STATES OF N. A. allows you to request an
update of your personal information by either submitting a written request
or online through the submission of an email request sent to the PNA's

Limited Employee Access to Personal Information

THE UNITED STATES OF N. A. also educates all employees about the
importance of confidentiality and customer privacy.

To continue meeting your financial needs and to provide you with
preferred products and services, POLISH NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF THE UNITED
STATES OF N. A. may share information about you and your POLISH NATIONAL
ALLIANCE OF THE UNITED STATES OF N. A. products with Alliance, FSB, a
federal savings bank which is affiliated with POLISH NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF
THE UNITED STATES OF N. A. By allowing us to share this information with
our affiliates, you allow us to serve your total financial needs. Under
the Fair Credit Reporting Act, POLISH NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF THE UNITED
STATES OF N. A. is allowed to share identification, transaction, and
experience information about you to our affiliated companies. However, if
you send us a written request that contains your name, address, and social
security number as well as your direction, such as "Request to be
excluded from POLISH NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF THE UNITED STATES OF N. A.'s
affiliated sharing of information," we will not share information
about you with our affiliated companies, to the extent to which you may
opt out of sharing of information under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting
