ANNOUNCES
FIRST VIDEO CONTEST FOR 2012
Chicago, Illinois - PNA Vice President Paul
C. Odrobina announces that the PNA will conduct our First
Video Contest 2012 sponsored by PNA Sports and Youth
Department.
The theme of the contest is, "PNA".
The video could be about anything: a special event, something
humorous, something musical, or something totally out of
the ordinary, as long as it is original and shows what PNA means
to you from your perspective.
Submissions of the contest will run from
June 1, 2012
through September 30, 2012. Entries must postmarked no later
than the October 15th to make the deadline. All video
submitted will be reviewed by a Home Office Select Panel of
Judges, who will select the top ten (10) entries. The
selected top ten videos will be posted on the PNA
website starting on October 15, 2012 thru November 15, 2012. Members
and guest who visit the PNA website will be able to vote for
their favorite videos via a special email address and select
their top 3 choices. The Panel of Judges will also select their
top three choices. The top three videos selected by the email
voting and Panel of Judges will determine the final three
winners.
Final judging will be in November. The winning videos will be
announced and posted on the PNA website on or around December 3,
2012.

VIDEO CONTEST RULES
THEME: "PNA"
| 1. |
Participants must be members of the Polish National
Alliance in good standing. |
| 2. |
Video may be of anything that
pertains to the theme of the contest and produced by the
entrant during 2012. Copyrighted materials cannot be
used without permission. For example pre-recorded music
from CD's, photos or any other material not originally
produced by the entrant. |
| 3. |
Duration of the Contest Submissions - June 1, 2012 to
September
30, 2012.
Online Viewing and Voting - October 1, 2012 -
November 1, 2012.
Final Judging Voting - November, 2012 |
| 4. |
All submissions are to be sent to the PNA on DVD
discs and must be at least, less than five (5) minutes in length.

Each contestant is limited to TWO (2) video
entries on separate disks and separate entry forms. You
are allowed to send the entries in same mailing packet.
Videos cannot be sent through the PNA website or email
addresses. |
| 6. |
No restricted age limit for contest entrant. |
| 7. |
All Videos should be of good nature
(please no profanity or obscenities). |
| 8. |
Each entry must include entry form
with your full name,
address, phone number, PNA Lodge number and Certificate

All entries become property of the Polish National
Alliance. No entries will be returned. |
| 10. |
Judging of the videos will be as follows:
a) The top 10 videos as selected by the Panel of Judges will be posted on the PNA website for a
one month period (October 1,-November 1, 2012)
b) All videos voted on the website by email and the
votes of the Panel of Judges will determine the top
three winners of this contest. |
| 11. |
Three (3) Winners will receive a
prize (First Prize - DXG -128 MB 3D/2D Flash Memory
Camcorder - Second Prize - DXG - 588V Digital Camera -
3.5" LCD & Full HD - Third Prize - DXG - QuickShot 5B6V
Digital Camcorder) plus an Award Plaque.
All contestants will receive a Certificate of
Appreciation for entering the contest. (Camera Prizes
subject to availability - otherwise substituted) |

Website and listed in the Zgoda. |

Only AMATEUR cinematographers are eligible. |
| 14. |
All entries must be postmarked NO LATER THAN

unprotected, non-copy protected version.
DVD's will be accepted in the two following formats.
1. Finalized DVD project - readable on a PC or a Set-Top TV
player
2. DVD Data Disk Format (IBM Windows) |
