2009 PNA Christmas Promotion

To get in the Holiday spirit, the Polish National Alliance will once again be holding a SPECIAL PROMOTION FOR JUVENILES. We are offering our SINGLE PREMIUM PLAN with a SPECIAL BONUS FOR CHRISTMAS.

The PNA will add on an ADDITIONAL 10% TO THE FACE VALUE OF THE CERTIFICATE, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. For example, if you purchase a certificate with a $5,000.00 face value, you will receive $5,500.00 of coverage. (Minimum Face Amount - $5,000.00).

Features of the Single Premium Plan includes:

* One low payment for a lifetime of insurance protection

* Cash Values increase each year

* Immediate PNA membership, which entitles your child to many programs
available through the Polish National Alliance

Each child who receives a promotional certificate will additionally be
given a Christmas Award, based on the following age groups:

Children ages 0-5 will receive an Elmo Character
	Children ages 6-12 will receive a Bicycle Helmet
Children ages 13-15 will receive a Sweatshirt
