Provide a level death benefit. Renewal premiums are at attained age.
AVAILABLE PLANS
10 YEAR TERM --- ages 20 to 60, minimum issue $5,000.00
20 YEAR CONVERTIBLE -- ages 20 to 50, minimum issue
$5,000.00
OPTIONAL RIDERS:
DISABILITY WAIVER OF PREMIUM
Available to applicants between the ages of 20 to 64. Should you become totally disabled
for 4 months or longer and have not reached the age of 65, the PNA will waive the premiums
on your policy.
ACCIDENTAL DEATH BENEFIT
Available to applicants between the ages of 20 and 69, this rider provides payment of
double the face amount of one's insurance should death result from an accident. Three
times the face amount will be paid if death results from travel as a fare paying passenger
on any public passenger conveyance system. The total maximum is $250,000.
CONVERSION
The plan can be converted without evidence of insurability to any permanent insurance
being offered at the time of conversion request for the same face amount or lower.
PNA STUDENT TERM TO
AGE 25 PLAN
This plan is available to applicants between ages 0 - 23
in a minimum amount of $10,000.00. The premium rate is $15.00 for both males
and females. This advantageous plan insures juveniles where cost is a
primary consideration.
This plan may be converted to a permanent insurance plan
before age 25.
