RESULTS FROM THE
45TH PNA NATIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

Chicago, Illinois - The 45th PNA National Golf Tournament was held on Thursday and Friday, July 19 & 20, 2007 at the Maple Meadows Golf Course in Wood Dale, Illinois and Oak Meadows Golf Course in Addison, Illinois. This year, the PNA Home Office along with the Sports and Youth Department hosted the tournament.

Wednesday evening, registration and hospitality were held at the Double Tree Hotel in Wood Dale, Illinois. PNA Vice President Paul C. Odrobina along with his staff and members of the Sports and Youth Committee greeted the golfers.

Both days were blessed with good weather as the 70 golfers teed off to a shotgun start. The golfers had reunited old friendships and acquired some new friends while crossing paths on the Golf Course. The first day had a brief rainstorm as most of the golfers were on their last hole.

When the second round finished on Friday, the golfers gathered at the Oak Meadows Country Club to find out who were the best this year.

PNA Vice President and Chairman of the Sports and Youth Department, Paul C. Odrobina along with PNA Directors Wesley Musial and Arthur Trybek presented the awards to the winners following the delicious dinner served. Also attending the dinner were Directors Joseph Kaminski, Marian Grabowski (Sports & Youth Committee Members), Anna Wierzbicki and Loretta Chabalowski, Commissioners; District 1, Norman (Mickey) Vadnais, District 13 Stanley Bogobowicz and District 15 Joseph Samreta; former Vice President Stanley Jendzejec; Former Directors Charles Komosa and Marian Nowacki. President Frank Spula, Secretary Z. John Ordon and Treasurer Casimir Musielak also dropped at dinner to greet the golfers.

Vice President Odrobina and the Sports and Youth Committee would like to thank his staff, Richard Piasecki, Joan Oskorep and Robert Jadach, the staff at Maple Meadows and Oak Meadows for their assistance, the Sports & Youth Committee for their help and the golfers and guests for attending the tournament.
