and acknowledged the reasons for celebrating Thanksgiving along
with the rest of America.

participants: PNA Vice Presidents Teresa Abick and Paul Odrobina
(with his wife Janice and daughter Katrina), Director Anna
Wierzbicki, Commissioners Irene Hercik and Zenon Olejniczak,
Vice President of the Polish American Congress Illinois Division

A traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner was
served, provided by Delegates to the recently held PNA
Convention: Wanda Juda, Janina Kopacz, Zenon Olejniczak, Wanda
Penar, Mary Srodon and Henry Ziemba. It was a gesture of
gratitude for Council 120 PNA members granting them the vote of

the help of Wanda Penar, Krystyna Tarchala and Pawelek Sas. Mary

Chorus "Filareci-Dudziarz" performed two
songs - Czerwone jagody" and a jolly version of "Szla dwiewczka",
for which they received a hearty applause.
We would like to express out appreciation to
those who joined us in a celebration of Thanksgiving Day.
