PNA DISTRICT
X
ANNUAL DEBUTANTE AND SQUIRES BALL
Detroit, Michigan - On November 20, 2010, the
members of Polish National Alliance District X were honored to
present twenty-three young adults at a Debutante and Squires
Ball held at Vladimirs Banquet Hall in Farmington, Michigan.
Guests were greeted by the beautiful sounds
of harp being strummed by past debutante Bethany Stawasz, as
they mingled with the guests while they patiently waited for the
presentation of our honorees.
Once all of our guests had arrived, it was
time for the excited young adults to line up to be presented.
District ten's finest young adults were ready to share with the
world what they learned about their beloved Polonia, and their
knowledge about Polish folklore, costumes, and song and dance.
These debutantes and squires, our young adults, are our future
and were ready to walk out on stage!
Masters of Ceremonies, Mark Kitlinski did an

PNA District X Women's Division hosts their
presentation ball every four years. We thank everyone who
participated by attending or by placing a greeting in our
program book, which was produced by Mary Sitko. Most of all we
thank our Committee which consisted of members of the Women's
Division and the parents of the debutantes and squires. With all
of us working together, we produced a beautiful ball filled with
wonderful memories for our enchanting debutantes and squires. We
are proud of these young adults and thank everyone who helped us
celebrate our youth.
At this ball, as in past years, we drew the
names of a young man and a young woman who will represent
District X at the National Ball to be held at the National
Convention in Minneapolis, Minnesota in August of 2011. Camilia
Szwajka and David Dechnik will represent PNA District X. If for
some reason they would be unable to attend, their alternates,
Felicia Adamczyk or Randall Favot would attend in their place.
