NEW JERSEY MEMBERS WELCOMES THE
DELEGATION FOR THE 45TH NATIONAL
CONVENTION

Jersey City, New Jersey - The 45th Polish National Alliance Convention officially begins on Thursday, August 23, 2007. The Home Office Staff and the Local Pre-Convention Committee worked diligently from Tuesday the 21st of August, meetings with the hotel staff and each other to familiarize with one other. The Delegates from all over the country gathered together on Wednesday arriving from early morning to late in the evening. As the delegates arrived the National PNA Officers and many candidates greeted the travelers. The local Pre-Convention Committee had volunteers greet those arriving at the airport.

National Secretary Z. John Ordon met with the Credential Committee on Tuesday afternoon to finalize the mandates of the delegates before they arrive on Wednesday. The Committee consists of: Eileen Fulton as Chairperson, Normand Vadniais, Dolores Czaplicki, Ann Marie Gdula, and Edward Swiderski.

Mr. Ludwik Wnekowicz, President  from the PAC New Jersey Division, was kind enough to donate the use of eleven triangular displays for the convention. The displays consisted of various divisions of the PNA, consisting of; Sports and Youth, Educational, Membership, Controller, Secretary's Office, Alliance Printers, Alliance Communication, PNA Bank, Zgoda, the PNA - Union of Poles Division and the recent merger with the Polish National Alliance of Brooklyn.

Wednesday evening, a welcome hospitality was held in the Manhattan Room for all delegates and their guests.
