SELECTED FROM THE
2011 - PNA COLORING CONTEST
Chicago, Illinois - The Annual PNA Coloring
Contest for children ages 5 through 12 came to a close on May
31, 2011. There were over 130 participants entered this year.
The coloring book used this year was children
and sports. Judging was held on June
22, 2011 at the PNA Home Office. The judges were PNA National
Director Arthur Trybek, his grand-daughter Faith Most,
Commissioner of District 13, Irene Hercik and son of the PNA
Vice President, Paul M. Odrobina, a
recent high school graduate that will study film
in the fall. PNA
Vice President Paul C. Odrobina and his staff Joan Oskorep and
Robert Jadach were on hand to assist. The judges praised the
quality and creative originality of the many entries, which made
it difficult to select the winning entries. Director Trybek
commented that the 2 younger judges had an eye for the detailing
of many of the entries. President Frank Spula dropped in to
greet the judges.
The Polish National Alliance Sports and Youth
Department would like to thank and acknowledge the efforts of
all the children who participated, and congratulate the winners.
We also acknowledge the judges for taking time off their busy
schedules to come in to select our winners.
