FIFTH ANNUAL
CLASSIC AND ANTIQUE CAR SHOW
Chicago, Illinois - The Polish National
Alliance along with the Sauganash Chamber of Commerce and
Midwest Motor Shows, hosted the
fifth annual Classic and Antique Car Show on the grounds of the PNA
Home Office on Sunday, June 26, 2011.
The day was a picture perfect without a cloud
in the sky on a beautiful Sunday. Dave Hartman
registered the cars for the show with assistance of his son, PNA Vice President Teresa Abick.
and Jackie Boland formerly from Sauganash Chamber of Commerce. PNA President
Frank Spula organized the volunteers, who set up on the PNA
grounds with a stage, food, and informational booths for the
thousand of car enthusiasts that came out to view the classic
cars and. Classic motorcycles.
In the later part of the afternoon, we were
visited and entertained by the Jesse White Tumblers. Oldies
music played throughout the day courtest of Victor Modlinski to set the mood, to go with the eras from
the cars. Local Alderman John D'Amico greeted the spectators and
thanked them for attending.
Throughout the day, judges went around to all
the participating cars to select the best of the show. The
judges included PNA Officers and Directors as well as members of
the Sauganash Chamber of Commerce. The selected winners in
eighteen categories.
President Frank Spula would like to thank
everyone that participated in the car show, the vendors that had
booths and the volunteers that assisted, which included:

and David Hartman and his son. There are also other volunteers not
mentioned who helped but not forgotten.
