INFORMATION AND GREETING LETTER
FOR THE 2010 BOWLING TOURNAMENT

This is the information pertaining to the 2010 P.N.A. National Bowling Tournament, to be held at Poelking-Woodman & Poelking Lanes in Dayton, Ohio on April 23, 24 & 25, 2010. Bowlers and guest are all invited to enjoy our PNA Fraternalism in Dayton, Ohio. The members of Lodge 1935 (click left to view photo of committee) are this years host of the tournament.

We invite all PNA members to participate in this year's annual Tournament. If you request an application, it is self explanatory. You would choose the dates and starting times you desire. Time schedule preference will be assigned in the order the entries are received. Carefully read the rule page on the back of the application or click here to view the rules page.

KINDLY INFORM THE SPORTS AND YOUTH DEPARTMENT VIA THE ENTRY BLANK UNDER "REMARKS", WHETHER YOU ARE ARRIVING IN A GROUP, SO THAT WE CAN SCHEDULE YOUR ENTIRE GROUP AT THE SAME REQUESTED TIME.

When compiling the information on the entry blank, please print your first and last names legibly, just as they appear on your PNA certificate. Also, please provide ALL the information required on the application. If a bowler has applied for insurance and has not received a certificate number, put "New Member" in the space. New Bowlers MUST be members of the PNA BY MARCH 1, 2010. Team captains must provide us with their telephone numbers, including the area code and email addresses in case we need to contact you. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE CHANGES IN THE RULES. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

FOR EVERY ENTRY YOU MAIL IN, PLEASE ENCLOSE ONE CHECK FOR ALL ENTRIES, INCLUDING THE 6TH BOWLER WHEN LISTED. PLEASE NOTE THE BOWLING WENT FROM $63.00 PER PERSON TO $66.00 PER PERSON.

ALL BOWLERS ARE REQUESTED TO MAIL IN THE LATEST LEAGUE STANDING SHEET FROM BOTH SEASONS TOGETHER WITH THE ENTRIES. WE ALSO REQUEST YOUR USBC NUMBER FOR ALL BOWLERS.

ANY INCOMPLETE APPLICATION WITH MISSING INFORMATION OR INCORRECT CHECK AMOUNTS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CAPTAIN.

ENTRIES CLOSE MIDNIGHT - FRIDAY, JANUARY 29, 2010.

A map of area hotels, bowling alley and the host lodge entertainment is available. (CLICK HERE FOR LISTINGS). Please note that all the bowling alley are within minutes apart from each other. Please be sure that the team members are aware of this, so that they will not be late.

The goal of the PNA has been to grow, by enrolling new members. As an active member, you can help by enrolling your children and grandchildren to the PNA.
